1. Introduction & Acceptance

• You may hold only one (1) active account on gt222. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be employed by, or a close family member of an employee of, gt222 or any of its affiliated business partners, game providers, or payment processors.

gt222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure. We are committed to KYC compliance and anti-fraud measures to protect all users on the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Creating an account on gt222 requires you to submit accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to keep your registration details up to date and to notify us promptly of any changes. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity performed under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• You must notify gt222 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Sharing your account with another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• gt222 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. However, you are responsible for securing your own devices and network connections when accessing the Platform.

gt222 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if it determines, acting reasonably, that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is imminent, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

gt222 supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum single deposit is ৳500 and maximum single deposit is ৳100,000 unless otherwise specified in a promotion.

gt222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that it deems suspicious. We may freeze funds temporarily while an investigation is in progress. Players are responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to their winnings under Bangladeshi law.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering

gt222 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Bonuses credited to your account automatically expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated.
• gt222 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has exploited a software error, bet-hedging strategy, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Promotions may be region-specific. Certain offers may be available only to players based in specific cities such as Dhaka, Chittagong, or Sylhet, or only during specific time windows in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

gt222 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between a promotional communication and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
